Well the old forum went kaput, so I decided to just start fresh here. You will find updates when new themes are added and the like. :)

Happy New Year,

I am new to the flip world and recently completed my first 200 page catalog with CD cart attached. I am very interested in having a wide assortment of themes available to future clients. My first plan and contact for the new year is to contact our wedding photographer and network with him for wedding flip albums for his clients and wherever the Lord leads me from there.

I am a Microsoft Certified Professional and graduate of the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineering program and versed in Adobe Web Premium CS4 and avid photographer.

I am open to all post on all subjects with current ideas and goings on in the world of Flip. Most of the forums I have seen are pre-2005.

Pls. post lots of links to help a brother out.

Keep in touch,

Shalom from Clarence :P

1st Question: I have several themes downloaded from the net sitting in a folder on my HD. How do I move these themes (nested in zip files) into my theme option base in my software. I use Vista Pro with CD Cart.

Hi, I'm just really getting back into the swing of things myself as I had a busy family year last year. But I'll be revamping the whole site design and adding even more themes soon.

I added two in the last couple of days to our premium selection.

:) Thanks for joining the forum, I hope you enjoy the site.

Oh and for your second question, it really depends on where you go the themes and if they were zipped correctly. But generally, you would unzip the file and have a folder with images and a system file inside. You would put this entire folder into your FlipAlbum Theme folder, found in your program files or where you installed to.

It may be under Ebook Systems depending on your version of FlipAlbum, and then you have to navigate deeper to find the themes folder. Just move it into there and the next time you open FA the new theme should be in the list of themes to use.

Hope this helps a bit.
