Ignorance of these terms is no excuse as they are clearly posted and linked to throughout the website. At this time we do not "tag" or "mark" our premium members themes, if membership or theme sharing becomes a problem we will start to do so. Do not share your membership, (with the exception of immediate family members - living within the same household only). We do check IP addresses and login patterns. Anyone found to be sharing memberships will be terminated without refund. We must do so in order to keep our costs reasonable for paying members. Please respect this as well, and consider the time and effort we have put into creating the content on this site. Membership fees and other prices are subject to change at our sole discretion. Do not take themes from this site or any CD Collection and place them in any other collection, whether web or otherwise. Do not copy theme layouts and designs. Do not resell or share (with the exception of immediate family members - living within the same household only) themes you download from FlipAlbumDesigns.com. FlipAlbum makers who have a valid membership may chose themes from our membership areas to use in FlipAlbums they create for family, friends, and business purposes. But may not allow others to create an album with themes from our membership area. By allowing you to use our themes in personal and commercial albums we are not releasing our copyright to you. We are allowing you licensed use, under the following terms: You must include in all commercial albums and any album you are gifting to someone outside of your household the following information stating that the theme and or graphics used from our website are copyright protected. For example, in text within the Album itself it must state the following type of information - "Theme Copyright FlipAlbumDesigns.com and it's licensors, no redistribution allowed." or "Theme Copyright YOUR COMPANY and it's licensors, no redistribution allowed.". This copyright must be clearly seen, as a statement that any album you create for another user does not then grant that user the right to reuse the theme commercially themselves or redistribute the theme separately in any manner. You are allowed one backup copy of themes you have downloaded from the membership area. You may not resell this copy, or otherwise distribute it. Do not send our themes through groups, forums, or other communities. Do not disassemble our themes in any way, which includes using to create tubes or other stand alones graphics. These theme layouts, collections, and accents are copyright protected by FlipAlbumDesigns.com and its licensors. Its is illegal to claim these as your own and we will take necessary legal action. There will be no refunds on memberships. Themes may be used in the creation of FlipAlbums, but may not be offered separately in any manner. Including on another website, cd collection, or by allowing others to access your membership. If you are unsure about the way in which you plan to use the themes, please contact us for clarification. Anyone found to be violating our policies will be terminated without a refund. We reserve the right to add or change policies, please check this page often. Please note: We are theme designers, while we do sometimes design our own graphics, we also use graphics we have purchased or believe to be royalty free from the web. We do use tubes (paint shop pro graphics) or other graphics in our themes - from sites in which we have purchased memberships or collections, and that do allow members to use such for commercial products. We try to give credit to those artist whenever possible, and/or whenever requested.
